Flowstate flies your job site on an RTK-mapped schedule and turns each capture into a shareable link — orthomosaic, progress timeline, cut/fill volumes, and one-click PDF export for the pay application. The lender opens it in a browser. No logins, no seats, no enterprise minimum.
An interactive model of the survey aircraft used for captures: airframe, four rotors, landing gear, a stabilised camera gimbal, and an RTK GNSS module. It can be dragged around the frame with a pointer. Use the buttons below to lift each assembly clear of the airframe and read its specification.

The pipeline
Four steps between the flight and the funding.
Every Living Report runs the same path. The capture is repeatable, the processing is ours, and the output is a link you can send to anyone.
Packages
Priced for the sites everyone else skips.
Enterprise capture platforms start around $10,000 a year and bill by the seat. Flowstate starts at one flight, and the people you send reports to never pay anything.

Single capture, single site
No commitment
One flight, turned around as a report you can send the same week.
One RTK-mapped flight of the full site
Processed orthomosaic at approximately 1 cm/px

Best for a single draw, a dispute you need to settle, or a finished site worth photographing properly.
All prices are starting points. Final quote depends on site acreage, flight frequency, terrain and airspace. Travel beyond the service area is quoted separately. Minimums are stated above and repeated in the Terms of Service — after the minimum term, monthly plans continue month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
Compliance & data handling
Flying over an active site is a licensed activity.
Here is exactly what that means, and exactly what happens to what we capture.
FAA Part 107
Flowstate operates under 14 CFR Part 107 as a certificated Remote Pilot. Flights are planned inside Part 107 rules — daylight operations, visual line of sight, and controlled-airspace authorization through LAANC where the site requires it.
We do not operate beyond visual line of sight or over people, and we do not claim waivers we do not hold. If a site needs an operation outside Part 107, we will tell you before you book.
Coordinated with your super
We agree a flight window with your superintendent, check in before we launch, and stay clear of active lifts, crane radii and occupied work areas. A typical site is captured in under an hour with no work stoppage.
We need a safe launch point, site access, and notice of any known hazards or restricted areas. That is the whole ask.
Your imagery stays yours
You own the imagery and everything derived from it — orthomosaics, models, measurements, reports. Flowstate holds only the licence needed to process, host and deliver your reports to you.
We never publish or use a client site in marketing without written permission, and we treat site imagery as confidential. Unreleased developments and site security layouts do not belong in a portfolio.
How captures are stored
Reports are served from unguessable links, are excluded from search engine indexing, and can be revoked by you at any time. Anyone holding the link can view the report, so share it the way you would share a document.
Raw captures are retained for 24 months so we can rebuild or re-process a report, then deleted. You can request earlier deletion in writing at any point.

Orthomosaics, elevation models and volume figures are photogrammetric estimates produced for progress tracking and reporting. They are not a boundary or land survey and are not prepared by or under the supervision of a licensed land surveyor. They should not be used for boundary determination, design of record, or as a substitute for a survey where one is required.

Tell us about the site.
Address, rough acreage and your draw schedule is enough to quote it. We will come back with a number and the first available flight window.
